These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8play ("8play," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 8play online gaming platform available at https://8play.club and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 8play reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible.

To access the full features of the 8play Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

• Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 8play Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credentials to any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential.
• You must notify 8play immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

8play reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 8play.

All financial transactions on the 8play Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). 8play supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya e-wallets
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine-issued debit cards

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and is registered in the same name as the 8play account holder.
3. 8play reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
4. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours, while bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
5. 8play is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.
6. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the player.

8play implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with a player's normal activity may be subject to additional review and verification before processing.

8play offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 8play:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to the 21+ age requirement.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 8play reserves the right to limit the eligibility of specific players for specific promotions at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics – will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. 8play reserves the right to void any winnings derived from such conduct and to close the relevant accounts.

All games available on the 8play Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Game outcomes on 8play are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. All results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 8play will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 8play cannot guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are binding. Players may not cancel or reverse a bet once it has been confirmed.
• 8play reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when using the Platform. 8play is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8play Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorized means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 8play staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 8play immediately.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the 8play Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 8play or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 8play.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 8play trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 8play's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

8play is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. • Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8play makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 8play Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
